Réussite du 1er Duathlon de Trélissac (24)

Après avoir tenté la rando de fin d’année, le Vtt de fin de saison pour les licenciés et amis du club, l’EC Trélissac C24 est à l’origine d’une nouvelle épreuve de « duathlon » pour (presque) clore sa saison de cyclisme 2015 (le final sera le cyclo-cross des Crouchaux à Coulounieix le 20 décembre).

Situé au lieu dit « Tréma », avec des infrastructures de qualité, ce duathlon trail + VTT empruntait les abords du stade « Firmin DAUDOU » et les « bois de Maraval » pour un périple de deux fois 4 Km à pied et 28 Km (2 tours ) en VTT sur les hauteurs de la commune, bien connue pour avoir été le lieu d’un championnat d’Aquitaine de cyclo-cross, d’une arrivée du Tour de France et du Tour du Limousin.

Quelques 128 Dames et Hommes en ont décousus pour 96 équipes, soit individuelles dames ou hommes, duo hommes et mixtes avec une dame et un homme pour coéquipier.

Si Yoann KAHLHOVEN (Cublac) s’est imposé devant Laurent LESZCOMBES (Castels) et Thomas ACOSTA (SA Mussidan), tous les trois impériaux sur leur VTT, Hélène VAUTIER a brillamment remporté le titre en Féminines en se classant 16ème de l’épreuve scratch, et Sébastien BENEYROL (JS St Astier) passa en pole position à l’issue de l’épreuve pédestre.

Marc et Sophie MASSOUBRE s’imposaient après 2h 01’20 de course en relais devant Maryse MAZEAU/Gérard SANCHEZ (EC Trélissac) et Ludovic et Chrystelle SMITH (La roue des moulins).

Les équipes en duo/hommes, ont sacré Eric ULBERT et Pierre FOUQUET (Sarlat) après 1h 59’56 d’efforts devant Stéphane DUMORTIER / Laurent HECKEL (Marsaneix) et Florent et Alexis CHARVIN (Coulounieix)

Succès indéniable, dû, très surement au soleil estival de cette fin d’année qui a boosté les concurrentes et concurrents, mais surement aussi au relationnel mis en œuvre pat toute l’équipe de bénévoles de l’EC Trélissac C24. Et de plus, après les différents podiums, le repas surprise concocté par les cuisiniers du club ont réjoui et régalé récipiendaires, familles et invités. A n’en pas douté, une deuxième édition est souhaité, l’EC Trélissac C24, avec sa locomotive de Division Nationale y pense en amenant des modifications, comme le dit Gérard BLONDEL son Président en compagnie de Bernard MAZEAU, Philippe SAVY et Arnaud BRIEULE les co-organisateurs, « c’était un coup d’essai, mais ce fut un coup de ………… »
